Sales & Estimation - Programs Service Representative Ottawa

Job Description

The Programs Service Representative is responsible for initial pre-inspection and follow-up to ensure correct measurements and customer satisfaction with all on-site work. This role is a key player in helping our sales team estimate our production team to be prepared for Program related jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit jobsites to complete measurements, troubleshooting (callbacks) and customer service as required.
• Assisting in ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
• Accurately measure and record information in CPQ (a salesforce application)
• Ensure great customer service at all levels
• Report suggestions/proactive solutions to Production Supervisor
