Course Description

Examination of metabolism of macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and lipids) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace elements). Physiology of digestion and absorption of nutrients. Symptoms of deficiencies and toxicity.

Requirements

Master degree in Nutrition Sciences, Food Sciences, or equivalent*. Experience in the field of the course. Recent university teaching experience an asset.

*The candidate must clearly demonstrate in their résumé how their academic background is relevant to the subject matter of the course.
