Research Assistant

Nature of Work

The RA will assist with research, case studies, literature reviews, media scans, and proof reading for a project on apocalyptic politics.

Qualifications

Skills required include excellent research skills, facility with complex theoretical literature, clear writing, an eye for detail and ability to self-manage a project.

This position would be ideal for a doctoral student or advanced MA student. Most material will be in English, however knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.

Total Work Hours: 120

Hourly Rate: AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor: $33.83 or $53.31 (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027)

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay.
